Harpia is invite-reviewed - we take on a limited number of accounts at a time. To move up from the Free plan, request access from your account with your use case and expected volume; we reply to your account email. This inbox is for everything else.

Harpia is a new service and plans are still being shaped with early customers: if you need custom rate limits, contractual SLAs, invoiced billing, or an on-premises / air-gapped deployment of the full platform, this is the inbox - tell us about your environment and volume, and we will come back with a concrete proposal.

support@harpia.ae - account, billing, API keys, and integration help. Include your account e-mail (never your API key).

security@harpia.ae - vulnerability reports concerning the Harpia platform itself. We acknowledge reports within 72 hours and credit researchers who wish to be named.

Spotted a CVE with wrong exploitation state, a missing alias, or stale affected-software data? Mail feed@harpia.ae with the CVE ID and the evidence - corrections ship with the next feed build.
